Enjoy a day of deep rest, nourishment and peace
Date– Saturday 3rd August
Time– 9.45am – 5pm
Where– Unit 1A/15A Leda Dr, Burleigh.
A time to go inwards, deeply rest, restore and re-connect…
Stillness through Movement is a unique practise of breath, meditative awareness, restorative postures, aromatherapy and shell essences to help unwind the tension, saturate and bring up your Parasympathetic Nervous System, (repair and healing).
On this day I will help ground your energy, bring stillness to your body and open you to your inner wisdom. With the healing practice of STM and Energy Balance, we will help support the release of tension in your body and mind, allowing a deeper relaxation and enhancing the healing of the PSNS. If you’re feeling depleted, disconnected or needing time for yourself- then treat yourself to a day enriched in relaxation, stillness and warmth.
The day will look something like this….
9.45am Arrival
10am Energy Balance session- this session unwinds your SNS ( fight or flight, “striving energy”) releasing energy from the nervous system and adrenals to balance and nourish your body-mind connection. Tracy works with a gentle sequence of postures and a unique blend of energy medicine to support your natural healing response (PSNS).
12.00pm A delicious warm & nourishing lunch
