9.30 STM to support release of tension, held fear and anxiety in the Psoas Muscle, Coccyx, and Spine. Deep saturation of the PSNS and Vagus Nerve.

12pm Lunch

1pm Dharma (wisdom) teaching, contemplation & stillness meditation. Skills on how to work with our mind in a conscious way free of fear.

2.30pm Afternoon tea

3pm STM 2nd session

4.30pm Finish
