(Applies to all 1:1 private sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, and online courses)

At STM, we honour the preparation, energy, and intention behind every session and program. Each offering is designed with depth and care, often with limited spaces and high demand. For this reason, the following cancellation and credit policy applies to all STM services, including private sessions, group classes, online courses, workshops, and retreats.

🔸 General Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including personal circumstances, late arrivals, early departures, missed sessions, or changes of mind.

🔸 Private Sessions, Classes, and Workshops

• More than 7 days before: A full credit (less 15% admin fee) to use within 6 months.

• 72–24 hours before: 50% credit (less 15% admin fee) only if we are unable to fill your spot.

Less than 24 hours before: No credit will be issued.

🔸 Retreats, Trainings, and Mentorships

• More than 90 days before start: 100% credit (minus 15% admin fee) to use within 12 months.

• 60–90 days before start: 75% credit (minus 15% admin fee), remainder forfeited.

• 30–60 days before start: 50% credit (minus 10% admin fee), remainder forfeited.

• Less than 30 days before start: No refunds or credits.

🔸 Online Courses

• Once an online course has been accessed or started, no refunds or credits will be given under any circumstances.

• If financial hardship arises and prevents you from continuing:

  • You may request an extended payment plan or a deferred completion schedule.

  • We require supporting documentation for financial hardship in order to assess alternative arrangements fairly.

  • If you're on a monthly payment plan, we may extend the timeframe to ease financial pressure.

🔸 Special Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience a genuine emergency or hardship, we encourage you to reach out and we’ll do our best to find a compassionate solution within the structure of this policy.
