Join me, Tracy Whitton, founder of Stillness Through Movement (STM), as I gently guide you towards rejuvenation and balance over 21 nourishing, yet practical, days. Burnout to Balance is based on my own recovery from chronic depletion, anxiety and adrenal burnout and my 20 years of experience in working with people to heal their nervous systems back to health.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


Who can do this course?

This program is suitable for both men and women of all ages, including children from the age of 8 years old. 


Will I need any props?

Yes, as a minimum, I recommend:

  • 1x bolster
  • 1x cushion
  • 3x blankets
  • 1x eye pillow
  • 1x sand/weight bag

You do have some options with the props though. If you already have them, that's great! If not, you can order them through me (just send me an email at [email protected]) or you can make your own with what you already have at home! (I'll show you how on Day 1).


Can I do the whole course in one go, or do I need to wait 21 days?

Each day you will receive an email from me, with a link to that day's content. This allows you to receive the resources and teachings gradually, as I don't want to overwhelm your nervous system any further by giving you too much information at once. Because unwinding and nourishing the nervous system is a gradual process that takes time and consistent practice, I recommend moving through the content on a daily basis. Of course, you can take longer than the 21 days if you need to though! And you have lifetime access to all of the content, so you can come back anytime for a refresher!


How much time will I need to commit to Burnout to Balance each day?

On average, it will take between 15 and 30 minutes of your time each day. Some days it may be a little longer, depending on the content, and other days it will be a little shorter. It's all about balance!
