I trust that this little 5 day course will support you in reconnecting with yourself. May you give yourself permission to get to know all parts of you and allow the parts that feel unsafe, unheard, afraid, angry, sad, ashamed, guilty, alone and uncertain to show up unapologetically. I will do my best to guide you into a space that brings healing or acceptance of who you are in any given moment. This space is the place in between pain and pleasure, right and wrong, ok and not ok. This place has no judgement, or story about how you feel and more of a place where your feelings are allowed to be as they are.
A freedom arises when we leave life alone - living one with life. One moment at a time.
Spending a 10 - 15 minutes a day to connect with your body allows you to process whatever is happening within you. It gives you the space to be, feel and honour what is unfolding in your inner world and allow the happening to simple, happen.
