We will journey together through this transformative time—2025 marks a year of endings, the closing of cycles, and rare astrological shifts, making it the perfect opportunity to embrace new beginnings and new ways of living and being.

At the heart of the regulation method is the wisdom of The Middle Way, a path that teaches us how to navigate life with balance, presence, and clarity. I receive direct guidance from Arya Green and White Tara, my spiritual guides, whose wisdom is rooted in Vajrayana Tantra and Mahayana Buddhism. Their presence and teachings will be woven into our time together, offering profound support and insight.

I have been devoted to these teachings for over 20 years, and they have profoundly shaped my understanding of the world, bringing me a level of inner peace I never imagined possible. These practices have been my anchor through life’s darkest moments, and now, I am honoured to share them with you in a sacred space of learning, reflection, and connection.
